Oakley Valve sunglasses have been redeveloped and re-released for 2014. The new styling is less aggressive to its original and contains features from Oakley Fuel Cell and Scalpel sunglasses. The Valve is ideal for consumers who live an active life and still want to wear them on a day to day basis. The Valve features a thick durable yet lightweight O Matter frame and incorporates unobtainium earsocks that become sticky and tacky through perspiration making them less likely to fall of your head the harder and longer you work. The Valve also boasts Oakley’s Three Point Fit structure providing you with maximum comfort for all day wear. The lenses are made from Oakley’s patented Plutonite material that blocks out UV light 100% A, B, C and harmful blue light. The lenses are interchangeable so you can adapt to all weather and light conditions. The lenses are tapered corrected through XYZ Optics meaning the lenses are thicker towards the nose and thinner towards the outside as you move away from the optical center to help stop eye strain and headaches you would get with other lenses through distortion.
